Herman Miller and alliance partner Bretford Manufacturing, Inc., will share their knowledge about the most current trends and products for higher education at the National Association of Educational Procurement (NAEP) Meeting and Exposition. The 87th annual event is scheduled for April 6-9, 2008, in Austin, Texas.

Adjoined in Booth 411 and Booth 510 at the Austin Convention Center, the exhibits will combine a configuration of Herman Miller's Resolve screens, marking the theme "People + Pedagogy + Place = Possibilities," and a collection of ergonomic seating products, including the Aeron, Mirra and Celle work chair. Bretford will display an assortment of carts, tables, and tablet arm chairs.

"This is the third year we've partnered with Bretford at NAEP and we're looking forward to reinforcing our presence and abilities within the higher education market to this audience, says Lori Gee, Herman Miller's Education Solutions Lead.

Since the 1920's, NAEP has been the non-profit professional association primarily dedicated to serving higher education purchasing officers in the United States and Canada. It facilitates the development, exchange, and practice of effective and ethical procurement within higher education and associated communities through continuing education, networking, public information, and advocacy. More than 1,500 institutions rely on NAEP's higher education-focused professional, community, and collaborative development programs.

Herman Miller researches trends in higher education and works closely with faculty, administrators, and educators to address problems related to interior spaces and, ultimately, to enrich the teaching and learning experience. The company's knowledge of space planning, along with its problem-solving, consultative approach, result in strong partnerships with higher education customers.
