Practical Design
Two styles. One is for a laptop and one is for a flat-panel monitor, keyboard, and CPU.
Strong support. The cart holds up to 30 pounds and has two locking and two nonlocking 4-inch casters.
Safe travel. The 10-inch-wide, column-mounted CPU holder with straps keeps the unit securely in place; a raised edge keeps items from rolling off the work surface.
Helpful accessories. Add-ons include a cable management holder; power strip with four medical-grade AC outlets; Sharps container with holder; cable management holder with reusable ties; 7-foot coiled power cord; lockable drawer; bar code scanner holder; and utility basket.
Ergonomic Advantages
Simple height adjustment. The work surface can be positioned anywhere in an 18-inch range (29-47 inches) for sit-down or stand-up work; the height-adjustment lever is easy to locate and operate.
Flat-panel control. The monitor arm lets caregivers swivel and tilt the display and adjust its height for proper positioning.
Palm rest. Reduces contact stress and prevents wrists from dropping to a backward-bent position for more comfortable keying.
Retractable mouse pad. Slides under the work surface when not in use. |
