Swoop Lounge Furniture

Swoop lounge seating and tables work together to create infinite configurations of comfortable environments, from formal to casual. If a lounge chair looks comfortable, people will sit in it. The Swoop lounge furniture invites you to sit or sprawl and supports you, no matter how you adjust your position.

People first. Product second.

People - four generations of us - work at multiple locations, on multiple teams. Collaborating, meeting, and working longer and harder. People are the inspiration for everything that we do. We believe in a broad continuum of solutions, because it is important to optimize people's performance and comfort wherever and however they work in the office, whatever tools they use.

Flexibility

Swoop can be configured and reconfigured to create numerous vignettes to suit the needs of the sitters. The solid masses of the upholstered seats combined with the lighter scale of the plywood seats can be mingled together to create exciting dynamic environments.

Responsive

Swoop is designed to provide comfort no matter how you sit, sprawl or lay — the furniture doesn't restrict how the user sits or works.

Durability

Swoop cleans up easily and supports up to 300 pound sitters. It meets or exceeds BIFMA standards and is covered by the Herman Miller standard 12-year, 24/7 warranty.

Environmental Responsibility

Swoop follows Herman Miller's Design for the Environment protocol and is under review for GREENGUARD Certification.

Designer

Swoop is designed by Brian Kane of Kane Design Studio in San Francisco, CA. Kane's designs have won over 80 design awards and have been exhibited at the Whitney and Brooklyn Museums in New York and the Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco.
