Herman Miller, Inc., Named 2009 'Corporation of the Year' by the Michigan Minority Business Development Council

The Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC) named Herman Miller as its "Corporation of the Year" in the commercial products sector at the MMBDC's 26th annual awards dinner on September 29, 2009. Finalists for the award included Haworth, Inc., and Steelcase, Inc.
"We are honored to be recognized for our commitment to creating an inclusive supply chain," said Kim Coffman, manager of supplier diversity at Herman Miller.
