Herman Miller Healthcare Announces New Contract with Premier, Inc.
June 23, 2009
Herman Miller Healthcare and Premier, Inc., a leading healthcare purchasing network, will begin on July 1, 2009, a 3-year contract that provides Premier members access to the company's clinical modular casework for laboratories, pharmacies, and caregiver work stations, together with its complete line of mobile carts. A separate agreement exists with Premier for the company's patient room products and systems furniture.
The contract provides Premier members a tiered, volume discount structure that will allow them to cost-effectively standardize on Herman Miller's extensive line of flexible, modular products for both clinical and office environments. The company's products enable healthcare facilities to adapt to evolving care giving processes, and the industry-leading warranty and durability also ease costs associated with renovations.
