Hopsak – A Girard Textile
Originally introduced in 1970, Hopsak is once again available for application on Herman Miller seating and systems products. Staying true to the palette created by Alexander Girard, Hopsak offers a range of seventeen colors, and today is produced using the most advanced environmental construction and materials while maintaining characteristics of the original weave.
Girard Textiles
This is Herman Miller’s first re-edition of textiles by Alexander Girard, Director of Design at Herman Miller from 1952-1973. These fabrics, for application on Herman Miller Collection seating products, are a body of timeless and versatile woven textures. Each textile has been reproduced as faithfully in weave and color as is possible with one enhancement: they now utilize the most advanced environmental constructions and materials available.
