Appearing to float in space, it delivers a contemporary, minimalist cool that makes an immediate statement. As part of our International Collection, Mr. Nilsson brings a bold splash of contemporary Italian design to interiors worldwide. The collection was developed as a response to the international popularity of Italian design, and the four products chosen for the collection represent items most favored by our international dealer community.
Mr. Nilsson was designed by Italian-Swedish designer Duilio Forte, whose art, architecture, and design studio is based in Milan.
All of a Piece
The seat and back of Mr. Nilsson are all one piece. Built on a poplar and steel frame, it has polyurethane padding that can be upholstered in an extensive selection of leathers and fabrics. The varnished aluminum feet are sturdy, but small, so that the sofa often looks as if it's floating in mid-air.
Three Sizes
The Mr. Nilsson sofa is available in three lengths—70-7/8 inches, 82-3/4 inches, and 94-1/2 inches.
