People are quietly affected by the silent epidemic of body misuse. At the heart of poor postural and movement habits is a lack of body awareness. In order to restore our abilities to listen and respond to the body's inherent cues to move and change body position we must become aware of basic musculoskeletal relationships. How we move matters.
