I own Terra Cabinets, an eco-friendly cabinet and closet company, but my professional background for several decades was in healthcare as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. I think this table is great and am pleased to read that it glides up and down easily as most bedside tables are very, very difficult to move up and down. My only other comment is the difficulty of the table legs hitting the bed legs and making it hard to get the table close enough to an elderly or bed ridden patient for ease of use or to quickly move out of the way. Legs on IV poles create constant problems as well - you need a wide and stable rolling base and it creates a tripping hazard as well as collides with other items in the room.

Oasis has a minimum table height of 28.25" and a maximum of 46". The base is 2" high and also come in two styles, the "X" and "U" base. More information will be available shortly on the Nemschoff web site.

Thanks for asking.
