All around the Silicon Valley workspaces with in start-ups are utilizing more bare-bones work environments and having great results with workplace interaction. Often older tech companies will have the cubical stations and newer start-ups the communal workspaces. I&#039;ve heard from many that the old cubical designs leave one feeling lonely and less part of the team. That old atmosphere seems to do more to hinder innovation than foster it.
