Can you tell me where I could call for carry-in service on two Herman Miller Ergon chairs in the Los Angeles area? No such repair or service tab exists in your listing of Herman Miller products. Thanks, Richie.

Mark, I'm sorry that you've had trouble finding the information you're looking for. The LA showroom is open from 8:30AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. The number is 310-736-3650, and they suggest calling ahead to make sure the showroom is open to public visits. You can also check here for your nearest Herman Miller retailer.

No hours posted, when calling the posted number one is given a recorded mail box. It would be valuable information to know what type of services the store offered. For example is one able to purchase from this store. Are all Herman Miller products available to view here. In my case I would like to try the Embody line. Difficult to find any of this information online.
