I think it's interesting that some colleges are recognizing the value of self-driven, results oriented, team learning. More and more employers are going to need employees who can bring these practical skills to the workplace. We're seeing a shift toward the inclusion of more collaborative spaces in office environments, so it's not surprising that colleges are following suit in preparing students for their future careers.
