		<description>Wow, I know I&#039;m in trouble when I have to look up more than one of the ingredients in a recipe because I don&#039;t know what it is! 

According to one cooking site, celeriac remoulade is fancy French coleslaw:) I do love the combination of pork and apple - I used the first few apples off my dwarf apple trees for a crockpot porkchop/onion/apple dish last year. It was delicious!</description>
