		<description>Some companies are also leveraging Twitter to keep employees up to speed with information about their benefits. It&#039;s becoming part of HR branding for forward thinking companies. There obviously isn&#039;t enough room to go over anything in detail, but tweeting links to the HR blog and intranet resources is always a possibility.
