		<description>That picture remind me of the one I have in my office. It&#039;s a panoramic view of a redwood forest at ground level with a winding path through the center of the photo. It&#039;s placed on the wall directly in front of my desk so I can look up and imagine myself in the woods whenever I feel stressed. It works every time to help me breathe deeply and refocus. 

I&#039;m also lucky that I work in an industry where I can get outside and take a walk at least once a day. It&#039;s definitely something more companies should pay attention to when looking at ways to improve the workplace. If they have room for some landscaping and a few dozen trees, they have room for a walking path.
