Once/if the Gen Y's have families, it will be interesting to see how they go about striving to create balance. I say striving because with children there are so many competing demands. Also chipping a molar when young and not having the money to get it fixed is quite different than having a serious health problem and not having money to get the necessary test to know how to treat it let alone paying for the treatment. I do applaud living a life based on what you enjoy and not being held captive to making money for the sake of having money and hope Gen Y's forge ahead in showing how this can be done.
