Dear Rebecca,

Space and place enhances or inhibits how I think and act each day. The light and shadows from your sculpture over the dining table create a lovely space. The architecture of Pie's crust looks so fun it's got to be yummy.

The spaces Jane Blaffer Owen created in New Harmony made conversations with myself meaningful when I stayed at the New Harmony Inn in September. Please take a look at my travel piece in the St. Louis Post Dispatch for October 31, 2010. I'd love for you to comment about Mrs. Owen as the story was edited for length.

Your sculpture is sited so perfectly in the space of the Conference center. I'm glad you and she connected.
