		<description>Well after reading this post, I am inspired to sleep by 12 and get up at 6 in the morning for a jog. I hope this works for one full month. Things I do that keep me occupied in the night is drawing so I hope that when I reduce the time to finish my drawings, I improve my skills and my sleep.</description>
