Office visit: DeForest Architects

We interviewed the four women behind Remodelista a few months ago. I was really impressed with their strong collective vision for this interiors/remodeller’s site. They share a passion for design that stretches from linen pillowcases and shower fittings to home and office visits that reach around the globe. They recently posted this piece on Seattle-based DeForest Architects that traced the architect’s work process. Monday Morning Pick Me Up

Here’s the thing, if you’re like me, Monday morning isn’t always the best morning of the week. Sometimes, just sometimes, it would be nice to stay in bed, drink coffee and read the papers. So each Monday – for your benefit and mine – I’m going to find some inspiration from the bulletin boards posted all over the net. This morning I came across Aunty Cookie – a funny blog from Australian designer, Shannon Lamden. I love the ordered chaos.
