Shigeru Ban and Aid to Japan

We’ve been following the Japanese earthquake and subsequent tsunami with a heavy heart. So when I saw that Shigeru Ban, one of my favorite architects, had designed an incredibly simple partition system to help make emergency shelters more habitable I had to post it immediately.
