Top 10

By

Where we’ve been this week…

1. Design Observer for their late summer reading list.

2. Time magazine’s 50 Best Websites of 2011.

3. Cool Hunting for their design coverage.

4. The Official Google Blog for its “This Week in Search” series which is incredibly helpful for anyone who works using the internet. (Plus the story on expanding their street view to include the Amazon is cool).

5. Kikkerland’s online store for great home office supplies like this Mondiran inspired magnetic white board (below).

6. Catalog Living because it just might be as funny as Unhappy Hipsters.

7. Herzog & De Meuron just launched their own website. Its bare bones design offers fascinating look at their body of work (below). This is what a site looks like when stripped of all its bells and whistles.

8. Jetpens for their huge range of Japanese home office supplies including this petite pink fountain pen.

9. Apartment Therapy for their home office roundup.

10. KoolandKreativ is the blog of Iceland-based stylist . She posts about setting up his own home office here.

Thank you for the JetPens mention for Japanese office supplies!

No problem…you’ve got some really cool stuff!

Hello,

Just one correction. Gerdur Hardardottir is definitely a woman. The first name is a common firstname for women and the dottir ending of the surname is a female ending of a surname in Iceland.

Kind regards,

Thorir

Thank you!
