Well, the Times article on exercise is certainly an argument for doing physical activities you enjoy rather than beating yourself up the gym. I actually think mindful eating as a lifestyle change is easier when you are rewarding yourself daily with fun movement (dancing, gardening, or whatever you really like) rather than punishing yourself with painful workouts that leave you sore for days afterward.

Daisy I too am a believe in enjoying what you do whether its work or physical activities. When it coming to exercise if your not liking what your doing its going to make it that much harder to keep going. I like the photos that UK’s LivingEtc have for office design. Trope group have great office furniture.
