		<description>Cerentha,

As your examples illustrate beautifully, our research indicates that the &quot;perfect&quot; work situation for each of us is as unique as each person and their individual self-concept, personality, vocation, aspirations, biopsychosocial development, current resources, and so on. Of course, virtual work settings enable more of us to achieve more of a &quot;fit&quot; with these individual needs and desires. For those working in organizational workspace, they should hope for enlightened management and HR, preferably in tune with the productivity potential of Accenture&#039;s &quot;Workforce of One&quot; approach

Our research at the Humaneering Institute (www.HumaneeringInstitute.org) suggests that management should take this approach even further (i.e., greater productivity increases made possible with greater person-role fit) to enable the customization of work itself where and when possible (e.g., workspace, style, natural behavior, flexible processes).

Please report back what you decide on for your new workspace.

<description>Love the idea of a building over a river. Falling Water or that bridge over the river in Florence with all those ancient buildings perched so precariously on it.
