Check out this office makeover. Erin Doland from Unclutterer took on the job to reorganize Levy’s home office in the Berkshires. And it’s a great success – as is the way Wired has presented the story. They are graphic design geniuses over at that magazine! We interviewed Erin back in February and you can see her office here.
Way to pull back on that second shot, too, so it looks even more tidy and spacious. Unintentional? Probably not. 
I agree, it mostly just looks like someone did a good cleanup. Wire bundling, yay, but not recommended for mixed wiring anyway.
good work for an “unclutterer” but not sure it’s what designers appreciate, and I’m not sure why it made the Herman Miller editorial cuts – there are much more inspiring ways to use this room.
I way prefer the way it was before – way cooler (and I’m a tidy guy). Instead of nice old metal file cabinets we get.. cheap plastic mobile drawers? = downgrade. Also the chair/desk ergonomics really suck in both cases.. Very un-HM IMHO. Sorry.
