Herman Miller Inc., has announced the sale of its corporately-owned dealership, Workplace Resource Oklahoma, to John A. Marshall Company, an independent commercial interiors dealer with a longstanding Herman Miller affiliation. The sale was completed on May 30, 2014.

“We continue to believe that commercial distribution is often best managed by independent, experienced owners who have intimate knowledge of the local market,” said Curt Pullen, Herman Miller’s President of North America. “John A. Marshall Co. is one of our oldest partners and they’ve earned an outstanding reputation for service in the Kansas City and Wichita markets.
