The Herman Miller Supplier Profile Form
The first step in becoming a Herman Miller supplier is to complete and submit our Supplier Profile Form (70KB DOC). The form can be filled out electronically and e-mailed to our Supplier Diversity team at supplier_diversity@hermanmiller.com, or printed and faxed to 616 654 5117.
Supplier Profile Forms Review Process
Herman Miller selects suppliers based on our current supply needs, and reserves the right to select suppliers who participate in the procurement process. Herman Miller does not promise to transact business with all suppliers. Businesses that meet requirements for active project bids will be given first priority for consideration. A full-time Supplier Diversity Manager works directly with Herman Miller's Supply Management team to include diversity suppliers in requests for quotes.
We will contact you to confirm that your registration has been processed. Your registration will assist Herman Miller in identifying eligible diverse suppliers for upcoming bid opportunities.
