Step 1--Set Goals
Work with your Herman Miller dealer and graphic designer to define what the COI images need to accomplish in your workplace: wayfinding, identity, corporate image, branding, promotion, visual interest, etc.
Step 2--Get Image Numbers from Dealer
Each design needs its own image number. Contact your Herman Miller dealer to obtain the numbers. You must include the image number as part of the file name that identifies the design (see instructions).
Step 3--Place Images in Templates
Using the COI instructions for graphic designers, templates, specs, and standards as your guide, place your images into the templates using Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. Instructions and templates are available for download below.
Step 4--Submit Images
Submit all images with their file names to Herman Miller. Just burn a CD and send it to Herman Miller. Be sure each image has a file name.
Step 5--That's It!
Your Herman Miller dealer places the order. And Herman Miller acknowledges, produces, and ships the order.
File sizes do not exceed 1MB in size, unless otherwise specified.
