Herman Miller's C2, a personal, desktop climate control technology providing unique heating and cooling control in a single unit, has been recognized by Popular Mechanics among its "Best of Green Design 2008," appearing in the publication's March 2008 issue.
Utilizing no more than 1.5 amps of AC power--about 90 percent less than a typical space heater--C2 is highlighted in the feature's Green Gadgets category for its ingenuity and energy efficiency.
