Description

Mental health is a huge component of wellness. We all need ways to decompress—especially in uncertain times. By offering a calming space devoid of technology, a Retreat invites people to withdraw for a few minutes and momentarily escape the stresses of work. In terms of intent and duration, it provides a counterpoint to a Focus Room, another type of Haven.
